Everyone has stress and we all have experienced some form of trauma. However, when these events interfere with our quality of life, treatments exist to increase our capacity to manage them. Dr. Rhema focuses on methods that reduce the symptoms of trauma; anxiety, and depression: poor sleep, poor concentration, startle, heart palpitations, nightmares, fears, rumination, body pain, and illness. Dr. Rhema specializes in therapeutic interventions that support recovery from psychological trauma. With over 25 years experience, Dr. Rhema uses healing modalities that integrate mind, body and spirit. Using a client-centered approach these techniques promote the development of interpersonal resources, management of posttraumatic symptoms and support resolution of the traumatic memory. |

Trauma Informed All treatment models are trauma-informed to reduce the reigniting of the physiological stress response. Sessions include a variety of mind-body methods as well as movement, art, or music. Dr. Rhema works with individuals, couples, families, and children of all ages. |
